We’re looking for someone to come on board to build our very first outbound sales division. With the right person on board we can reach out to a whole new audience, bringing our services to people who need them all over the world.

We’re looking for someone who will take the role and run with it, someone who has the motivation to reach out to, and build meaningful relationships with the businesses who can benefit from our unique set of services.

We’re looking for someone with experience, but this will not be like anything else you’ve ever worked on. Our services are unique and offer excellent value. You’re not knocking on doors trying to sell a commoditised service, you’ll be building connections with business owners, showing them how your colleagues at Switch will transform their business with their unique processes.

What you must possess:

  • A good knowledge and a great track record of working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • The ability to set up meetings with warm leads using LinkedIn for cold outreach
  • Patience and perseverance to seek out the right kind of person
  • An uncanny ability to understand who would be the ideal client for Switch
  • The ability to build and nurture long-term, high quality relationships with clients
  • An implicit understanding of why you do what you do, and what works in your approach
  • A native-level understanding of English
