We are championing the 4-day workweek, without reducing salaries or increasing working hours. We haven’t worked for 2 consecutive Fridays since 2022.

Distributed Workforce

Spread around the world, but definitely not remote, our team works across time zones to help clients. We choose our people based on values, not on where they can sit in an office.

Fair Work Policies

Our people have over 30 days of paid time off, paid sick leave, bereavement leave, pet bereavement leave, birthday leave, and the ability to book short-notice time off for special occasions (like a sunny day in Finland).
