About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Lead to shape and execute high-impact content strategies for our B2B clients. You will work with the rest of the Switch team to position our clients as industry authorities through thought leadership, strategic content marketing, and innovative distribution.

 

As our Content Lead, you will:

  • Develop B2B content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Work with (human) writers, both internally and externally, to produce the best content possible for our clients.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance content research, creation, and distribution.
  • Write long-form content such as blogs, whitepapers, reports, and case studies.
  • Craft short-form content for social media calendars and engagement.
  • Ghostwrite executive thought leadership content for clients.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore how AI and automation can improve content efficiency and impact.

 

Expectations

  • You are constantly curious, eager to explore AI tools and emerging technologies that enhance content creation and distribution.
  • You understand that B2B content must be distributed strategically. You go beyond creation to find innovative ways to maximize reach.
  • You think beyond just the written word, exploring video, audio, and AI-generated media formats.
  • While this role currently reports to the Head of Marketing, there is scope for growth into a management-level position as content becomes a larger focus within the agency.

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial, or strategic storytelling roles.
  • Writes with clarity, depth, and an understanding of complex B2B industries.
  • Has a strong editorial mindset and knows how to craft compelling B2B narratives.
  • Is skilled at ghostwriting for executives and positioning them as thought leaders.
  • Can edit and refine content to ensure engagement, clarity, and alignment with business goals.
  • Understands SEO, content distribution strategies, and demand generation in a B2B context.
  • Has experience using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Is proactive, highly organised, and capable of working independently.
